Set it out by 6 AM

Leave your packages by your driveway, mailbox or front gate. Pickups run 6:00 to 8:30 AM.

We text when it's picked up

You get a confirmation with a photo the moment it's in our car.

Dropped off by 9 PM

Same evening, with a receipt photo so you can track your refund.

Amazon returns

No box? Send the QR code.

Start your return in the Amazon app and choose Whole Foods or FedEx Office as the drop-off. We'll tell you the exact location when you book. Put the item in any bag, then send us a screenshot of the QR code through the sign-up form.

Target returns

For Target online orders, start a mail-in return in your Target account and send us the prepaid label. Leave the package outside and we'll drop it off with the carrier that evening.

How do I return Amazon packages without going to the store?

Start your return in the Amazon app, choose Whole Foods or FedEx Office as the drop-off, and send us the QR code. Leave the item outside in the morning and we drop it off that evening.

Can someone drop off my Target returns for me?

Yes. Start a mail-in return for your Target order, send us the prepaid return label, and leave the package outside. We drop it off at the carrier the same evening.

Can I return multiple packages at once?

Yes. Up to 3 packages are included in the $10 pickup, and you can add more for $2 each, up to 6.

What if my return deadline is coming up?

Book by 8 PM the night before. We pick up in the morning and drop off the same evening, so your return gets in before the cutoff.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave your packages by your driveway, mailbox or front gate. We'll text you when they're picked up.

Do you pick up from apartments or condos?

Not yet. To keep mornings on time, we only pick up from houses and townhouses where we can grab packages from the curb. Gated communities work if you add us to your guest list.

What if my packages aren't out by 8:30 AM?

We can't wait past our pickup window, and missed pickups aren't refunded. We'll text you so you can book a new day.

Who handles my refund?

The store or retailer decides and issues your refund. We give you the drop-off receipt so you can follow up if something goes wrong.

How do I pay?

You pay when you book, on the sign-up form or by PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or Apple Pay before 8 PM the night before. Need to cancel? It's free until 8 PM the night before.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a short service agreement you sign online with your first booking. It covers pickup times, size limits and what happens if something is lost.
